From Drowning to Thriving: My Journey to NSI

For years, I felt like I was drowning. Exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety, and burnout became my constant companions. The worst migraines felt like a jackhammer was pounding my skull. A few years ago, you wouldn’t have recognized me. My life and career had taken a detour into misery, and I desperately needed a change.

I tried everything – meditation, therapy, coaching – searching for answers. Then, I discovered neuro-somatic work. Finally, it all clicked. My symptoms fit Complex PTSD, and these techniques, focused on nervous system regulation, became my path to healing. In just a few months, I felt a dramatic shift – calmer, more focused, and bursting with energy. My emotions were finally manageable!

The impact on my mind and body was profound. I knew if this could work for me in such a short period of time, it could help others too! That’s why I decided to become an NSI coach myself.

I truly believe that a regulated nervous system is fundamental to a joyful and fulfilling life. As an NSI coach, I guide clients through the science of rewiring limiting beliefs, optimizing brain function, and building nervous system resilience.
